These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the top55 online betting and casino platform, accessible at https://top55.io ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by top55 ("top55", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

Only one account per person is permitted on top55. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or at different times — is strictly prohibited. top55 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, top55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any winnings derived from them.

Your top55 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account credentials. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

3.1 Account Security

If you suspect that any unauthorised person has accessed your account or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify top55 customer support immediately via the contact details set out in Section 15. top55 will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have failed to notify us promptly upon discovering the breach.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

top55 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. top55 treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. top55 reserves the right to apply an account maintenance fee to inactive accounts following written notice to the registered email address. The fee will not reduce the account balance below zero. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed.

top55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of approved payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Approved methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of available payment methods may change at top55's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within two business minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times. top55 does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges for which top55 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name. top55 reserves the right to reject any deposit where there is reason to believe that the funds originate from a source not belonging to the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed by top55 in writing.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real-money funds that have not been subject to any bonus offer may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
• top55 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. In exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 3 business days.

top55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.

All bets and wagers placed on top55 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sportsbook bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. top55 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, events being cancelled or abandoned, verified match-fixing or corruption, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and instant-win games, use certified random number generation ("RNG") technology provided by our licensed game suppliers. top55 does not manipulate or interfere with RNG outcomes. Game results are final once the round is completed and displayed on screen. Disconnection during a live game session will be handled in accordance with the individual game provider's disconnection policy.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market before you place your wager. top55 reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time. No bet exceeding the stated maximum stake for a given market will be accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the top55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances and pending winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to secure an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in arbitrage or "sure-betting" strategies using top55 promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct in relation to your account or any transaction.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose including but not limited to money laundering or financing criminal activity.
• Providing access to the Platform to any person under the age of 21.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without top55's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted to you and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, top55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit top55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
